About Bertha Sun

Bertha Sun is a Hong Kong based surface designer specializing in illustrations, textiles, and graphics. After graduating with a BFA in Textile Design at Rhode Island School of Design in the United States, she worked between Hong Kong and New York creating textiles collections for numerous global brands such as Michael Kors, J.Crew, Karl by Karl Lagerfeld, and Boden among others. She has since set-up her own company, Yet Another Name, to work with a broader range of brands. Clients include Lane Crawford, Vista Jet, Formula E Hong Kong, restaurants, and start-ups. Though each project is different, her main goal is always to create surface designs that encourage dialogue between the viewer and the product. Artist Statement
